If you have not previously provided an email address to Wilson, Blanchard, please do so by using the "request account" button and our administrator will reconcile your contact information with your Unit records.

TENANTS

Residents who are renting their home from an Owner in the Condominium Corporations MUST have filled out a Tenants' Undertaking, and the landlord MUST provide the Tenant information to the Property Manager prior to a tenant taking up residence. This is required by the Condominium Act, and if not completed a Tenant has no entitlement to any amenities on the property and may be at risk of not accessing their home should the Property Manager have no information about occupancy of the suite. Please contact the Owner of your unit to complete this registration and provide your e-mail address for access to any resident services available to Tenants.
